Items purchased from our online store can be exchanged within 14 days subject to the availability of the required item.

However, the SALE ITEMS, items on FLAT 50% OFF, bags and makeup boxes cannot be returned or exchanged.

For the exchange, please submit an exchange request via our Call/WhatsApp number 0336 5705335, by emailing us at customercare@ejolly.pk, or through our social media channels (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, etc) with a reason for such an exchange.

Once the request is received, the team will entertain it either with the online exchange process or through an outlet for a swift and hassle-free exchange.

According to the exchange protocols, the team will inspect the item to be exchanged first before processing the exchange. Therefore, make sure that the item to be exchanged must be unused, unwashed, unworn, doesn’t emit any smell, and must have all the tags intact.

Also, the purchase invoice is mandatory for the exchange.

Once the exchange is approved, the exchange will be made within 14 working days.
